Rwanda

Rwanda has a new Bishop for Kigali and a new Archbishop, Louis Muvuny I, who support the BGB. This is the Bishop serving communion during Easter.
BGB in Rwanda have been working and organising things in the office. They are excited about the changes and are hoping for faster growth.
Pray for them as they commemorate the Genocide memorial, 17 years. The events of 1994 traumatized many and will again bring many tough memories.

Denmark

The FDF National Camp is every 5 years in Denmark, and this July the outdoor training centre, Sletten, will host 12,000 people camping in tents as a small town created for 10 days. Among this huge amount of participants you will also find Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II of Denmark (who will visit) and about 600 international participants!
Global Fellowship member organisations will send participants from Ghana, Uganda, USA, Scotland, Northern Ireland, India, Nigeria and Finland. There will also be participants from European Fellowship member organisations in Romania, Ukraine, Malta and Belgium, together with former students of EuroClass (European Fellowships’ 4 or 9 month long term leader training project). Through other networks we will also be joined by participants from Latvia, South Africa, Egypt, Ghana, Lithuania and Zambia.
More information about the camp can be found at www.nationalcamp.dk

Extract from ICONZ (New Zealand)
This report in their newsletter is a applicable to us all in this work:
Keep making a difference
An article in the New Zealand Herald the other day. It was headed Misbehaviour by Kids rated No 1 Social Issue. Dr John Langley, a top government adviser, says that up to 47,000 children and young people within the compulsory school system, in New Zealand, could be described as having significant behaviour problems. He also says further on in the report that while there is no "silver bullet" or quick-fix solution, the younger the children were when intervention happened, the better. Even though these statistics are alarming, I see this as something to spur us all on and as an encouragement to all leaders within BB/ICONZ and the BB worldwide. Our organization is primarily a fence at the top of the cliff to stop young people falling over. It is only through deep commitment, and desire to bring hope to our communities, that we will see change. Let us keep up the great work; you are making a BIG difference and that is bringing a positive message of hope to this generation of young people.
